    Jeremy at Subaru Of Puyallup in Parts was super helpful, nonjudgmental. Very unclear why I cannot find after market wiper blades that fit my vehicle. Sounds like that's a running theme with other newer vehicles. Would be great if Subaru fixed this problem.

    Your site is easy to use! Also, you don't charge for local pick up compared to Renton's location. So I will make the drive from Kent to Puyallup. Plus, your customer service when we bought our Forester from you (Kristin was amazing) really impressed us.

    The design of the parts shop on-line is great. Schematics are easy to view and the point and click option for each of the parts to place into the order cart makes shopping very convenient even for a novice owner.

    On the MySubaru app there is a Special Offer for 10% off Accessories Discounts good through 10/04/21 but there is no code for me to enter into this order. I don't see how to place an order from the MySubaru app so not sure what I am doing wrong.

    I was disappointed that when I entered the 15% off code that came in the email for my first Subaru gear order, that the discount was never actually taken off the total order before the payment was made. hopefully this will be given to me as a credit when I pick these items up from the dealership?
