For $139.00, is that one mudflap? 2mudflaps? 4 mudflats? I cannot find anywhere where it say how many. Also, do the tires have to be removed to install the mud flaps?
This is a set of 4 flaps. Removal of the wheels isnt necessary, but it would make installation simpler.
